Try these yummy & healthy sweet potato fries

In my house we say that if you don't like French fries it's because you don't love your mother. It's our way of saying there's NO WAY to resist a good batch of fries, yum. But the truth is that if we ate as many fries as we  wanted all the time, we'd have to be rolled around! That's why I often substitute fries with these amazing baked sweet potatoes, which only have a little olive oil and some salt.

And what's better than their low calorie nature? These sweet potato fries are SO easy to make, it's not even funny. After reading another article on ¿Qué más?, I found out that sweet potatoes are a great source of fiber and low-calorie carbohydrates, and they give us energy and help combat stress. What could be better than that? I'll tell you what: My recipe for these yummy and healthy sweet potato fries. I promise you won't miss regular fries.

Baked sweet potato fries

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
3 medium, unpeeled sweet potatoes, washed and dried, cut length-wise into wedges
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a container lined with foil, distribute sweet potato wedges.

Sprinkle sweet potato wedges with olive oil and add salt to taste.

Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.
