In fact the beauty's enviable assets are so perfect that there isn't even any sign of cellulite in sight! Many women dream of having a dimple-free derrière and struggle to either mask their bumps or improve them.

Although we all can't all look like Victoria's Secret models there are ways to improve the appearance of our butts. Cellulite can plague even the thinnest women and we all know that that's not a good look on anyone!
Here are some moves that will tone, reduce that cellulite, and give you the best looking behind ever!
Spinning class: One of my favorite ways to work my lower body is by taking a spinning class such as SoulCycle. This cycling workout tones up your legs, butt, thighs, and your core as it simulates riding up and down hills.
Brazilian Butt Lift workout: What better way to get that toned and bump free butt than by doing the Brazilian Butt Lift workout? This workout will tone up and transform your booty in ways you never expected. The plus side, no more cellulite or jiggles!
Running: If you aren't used to running, this might be a good exercise to ease into. The key to getting toned glutes is by running hills. If it's too cold for you to pound the pavement, make sure to up the incline at the treadmill at the gym.
Stair climbers: If you're used to using the elevator all day, make sure you opt for Stair climbers at the gym. They mock the look of a staircase and can give your legs and butt the ultimate workout. Make sure to up the intensity in order for the burn to reach those glutes!
Squat challenges: You've probably seen 30-day squat challenges lingering around online and believe it or not they work. Admittingly they're challenging since you increase the number of squats you do daily, but hey, it's worth that cellulite-free booty!
