__Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Makes about 4 dozen cookies

__Ingredients
__14 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3 cups of oats
1 cup of raisins
__Preparation
__1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugars on medium speed, until creamy.
4. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
5. Add the combined flour, bakind soda and cinnamon.
6. Add the oats and raisins and mix well.
7. Scoop a full tablespoon of the dought onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cookies should be 1 inch apart.
8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Cool 1 minute on the cookie sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
10. Store in an airtight container.
