Fat free angel food cake with mixed berries for Mother’s Day (EXCLUSIVE RECIPE)

Would you believe me if I tell you that it won't take more than five minutes to prepare it and serve it? This is why I suggest it for Mother's Day. It's also perfect for those days when you don't feel like cooking but have people visiting. In my house everyone loves it: the contrast between the fluffy, airy angel food cake with the whipped cream and the berries' acid, is simply irresistible. Hope you like it!

Angel food cake with berries and cream

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

1 angel food cake

½ cup blueberries, rinsed and drained

½ cup of blackberries, washed and drained

½ cup raspberries, rinsed and drained

1 can of light whipped cream

Directions:

Cut the angel food cake into eight portions and serve in tindividual dishes.

Add some whipped cream on each plate.

Evenly distribute the berries.

Garnish the whipped cream with a raspberry.
