Since I realized how easy and healthy it is to grill food and how delicious grilled fruit is, I'm experimenting with my grill every time I have a chance. Not only are grilled fruits and vegetables as healthy and nutritious as eating them raw (sinc eyou don't need to add any fat or sugar to any step of your cooking process), but for me, grilling ads a new dimension to the flavors and textures of any meal.

Take a look at this salad. It has grilled pears, served over a bed of lettuce bed, with some fresh goat cheese, and it's only seasoned with this balsamic vinegar reduction. This means it doesn't even need any salt, so your sodium consumption will be reduced to the minimum. What can be better than this? Here is my recipe. I hope you like it.
