So for all of us who want to look thinner, there's nothing better than running to the supermarket to buy the ingredients we need to prepare our menu that uses foods with aphrodisiac qualities, but are low in calories. Those include asparagus, artichokes, pork, mushrooms, celery, cabbage, rabbit, squid, clams, oysters, lobsters, prawns, fish (blue or red.)

In order to succeed on the diet, the nutritionist says you should drink a liter and a half of water a day and pick three days a week you will follow the plan. Additionally, you shouldn't do it for more than a month at a time.
Here is a sample menu for you:
Breakfast
Pick one of these options:
Coffee with ground cinammon and a yogurt
Tea and toast with cream cheese and black pepper
Snack
Tea with red fruits and a slice of pineapple
Lunch
Pick one of these two:
Asparagus salad with the following aphrodisiacs: red bell pepper, onion, celery, carrots, seasoned with oil, salt and vinegar. Add 6 raw oysters or clams. You can also have the bivalves steamed with some onions, garlic, and a cup of white wine.
Asparagus with vinaigrette and grilled chicken breast with black pepper.
Snack
Green tea with a slice of pineapple.
Dinner
Pick one of these two options:
A skewer of grilled shrimp, grilled vegetables, and an egg.
Grilled swordfish with a side vegetable like carrots, bell pepper, onion and garlic sauce.
Smoked salmon with a diced tomato, low-calorie cheese, and a teaspoon of oil, salt, and finely chopped basil.
