I'm big fan of hibiscus tea. The sweet and delicious infusion is one that I find very refreshing all year long, but what's best are the healthful properties of the hibiscus flower, including that it can help with weight loss. Here's how I make the tea. Hope you like it, too!

Ingredients:
Dried hibiscus flowers
Sugar
Ice
Oranges, sliced (optional)
Directions:
- Simmer 1/2 bag of dried hibiscus flowers in a pot of boiling water for about 20 minutes.
- Strain through a sieve to remove all the flowers.
- Add water and sugar to taste. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Serve in a glass with ice and orange slices, if desired.
