Happy, healthy, and beautiful are some of the words that can be used to describe gorgeous moms like Roselyn Sánchez and Eva Longoria, who have both joined the growing list of celebrities who are having children in their 40s and even beyond. While some of these moms waited because they were focusing on their careers, others started having children later because they struggled to get pregnant.

For instance, it was reported that Cameron Diaz deeply wanted to become a mom and after undergoing fertility treatments, the actress finally announced in January 2020 at age 47 that she had welcomed a baby girl with husband Benji Madden. Some famous moms even believe that their children will benefit from having a mom that had them later in life. Salma Hayek, who was almost 41 when she had her first child, revealed that she felt better equipped at her age than she would have when she was younger. "I'm a more fulfilled human being now, and I probably wouldn't have been 10 years ago," she told WebMD magazine at the time. "She gets a better mother for being born now."

British supermodel Naomi Campbell revealed in May 2021 that she'd become a mom at age 50. She hasn't revealed how motherhood came about for her, but she expressed loads of gratitude for her bundle of joy.

Tyra Banks had her son via surrogate when she was in her 40s.

Supermodel and TV personality Tyra Banks had her son York via surrogate in 2016, when she was 43 years old. "We are so excited for our new baby boy bundle of joy. The journey to now has not been an easy process, as I’ve shared before. Judy Reyes was 42 and working on 'Scrubs' when she had daughter Leila Rey.

Gwen Stefani has three boys.

The No Doubt singer and The Voice coach and her then-husband, Bush frontman, Gavin Rossdale, welcomed their third son, Apollo, in 2014. She was 44 at the time and there's a six-year gap between her middle son and her youngest.

Halle Berry was 41 when she became a mother.

The star was 41 when she gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Nahla in 2008. She welcomed her second child, Maceo, with then-husband Olivier Martinez, in 2013, when she was 47. Impressive!

Brooke Shields was also in her 40s.

Roselyn Sánchez announced she was expecting baby number two at 44.
