Cardi B reveals she turned down “over a million dollars” for baby Kulture’s first pics

For Cardi B, there are just some things money can't buy. The "Money" rapper gave birth to her daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus, in July and the world still hasn't seen the baby–but that's fully her parent's choice. They have shared tiny previews of the newborn on social media but nothing else.

Cardi and her husband, Offset, have decided not to share photos of their baby girl right now in order to protect her from the public. The new mamá recently revealed that she turned down a massive check that was offered to her for the child's first pictures. That's insane!

Cardi B was offered seven figures to sell her baby's photos and she turned it down!

"I got offered seven figures, not even 500,000, over a million. I'm just not ready yet," Cardi told Ebro Darden on his Beats 1 show on Apple Music. "I'm not even ready yet to have a damn babysitter."

Paparazzi have been hounding Cardi to get a glimpse of the baby.

There were photos that leaked of Cardi in a hotel room's balcony with her mother and her baby while they were in Miami. "I literally went to Miami and I was on, like, the 15th floor, and it's such a beautiful scene. I'm just trying to be low-key trying to make memories, taking a picture of my baby put a little tutu and everything," she shared. "Out of nowhere freaking I see it online. That's so crazy because when I went around the beach area, there was no one out there. These photographers, these bloggers, you're not the ones that get threats to your kids!"

The parents were forced to make this privacy decision after receiving the threats.

She said she's received threats online wishing harm on their baby. "I could show you screenshots of comments, and my phone number got leaked. I got so many disgusting text messages that I literally I had to hire a private investigator to find out who the f–k is these people threatening my child," Cardi said on the radio show. "It's just really disgusting, disturbing things … we just don't want to show our baby right now."

The couple have every right to keep their baby safe and we support it!

Cardi has been open about motherhood and how special it has been for her. She pulled out as the opening act in Bruno Mars' tour to be by her baby's side and she's shared some adorable moments they've shared together. We can't wait to meet Kulture but her safety is always the main priority!
