Health is wealth. Chiquis Rivera is back home and recovering from a recent health scare. The singer was rushed to the hospital earlier this week after dealing with stomach pains that seem to stem from her endometriosis diagnosis.

Her boyfriend, Lorenzo Méndez, has been by her side all along and shared an adorable photo of his girl sleeping on his chest after being released from the hospital. He also revealed to the press that she was dealing with issues with her ovaries and that she had to have surgery due to her condition.
Lorenzo shared the cutest pic of him and Chiquis to his Instagram Story.
"So happy you're home, and safe in my arms #GodIsGood," he captioned the adorable snap of Chiquis wearing a red onesie on Wednesday, October 17.
Chiquis addressed her fans in a series of videos.
"I wanted to let you all know that I'm home, thank God," she said in the Instagram clip and thanked her fans for their love. "For now, the doctor says that the best is to rest. It was an intense surgery, something really serious, and I have to take care of myself. I think it was a wake up call for me."
Chiquis was dressed cozy in her custom-made pajamas.
"But overall, I'm just grateful with God because everything went well," she added. "It could've been worse but thank God we're OK, but now I just have to rest."
Chiquis received a ton of love from her fans and loved ones.
She has been getting flooded with loving messages from her loved ones and she apologized for not getting back to all of them. That's totally understandable. When your health is in question, the only thing you can focus on is getting better.
Chiquis sent out a statement canceling her performances.
She posted a statement on October 14 to let her fans know that she wouldn't be able to go through with her performance because she was seeking medical treatment. Chiquis was previously diagnosed with endometriosis, which her doctor said is a serious illness that doesn't have a cure and can also be incredibly painful. We wish Chiquis the best and are so happy to see that she is surrounded by love in the good and bad times.
