Khloe Kardashian shows off her 33-pound weight loss after giving birth & wow!

Khloé Kardashian was serious about getting her figure back after having her first child–and she's already lost 33 pounds! The reality TV star welcomed daughter, True, on April 12, and she wasted no time before hitting the gym again. She revealed on her website, Khloe With a K, on Monday, July 16, that she's well on her way to getting back to her pre-baby weight.

The new mom, who prior to getting pregnant was working out five to six times a week, waited the allotted time after having her baby before jumping back into her usual workouts. Since then, she's returned to her fitness routine with her personal trainer and takes advantage of the baby's nap times to work on her body.

There's no denying that Koko looks fantastic, and even though some thought that she was way too focused on her body, it's great to see her back to being her usual self.

Khloe said she wasn't hard on herself about losing the weight.

"After I had True, I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight," she wrote in the blog post. "I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week."

She gave fans an update about her results so far.

The Revenge Body host revealed that "the combination of breastfeeding and being very active during and after my pregnancy" helped her get a kick start on working on her postpartum body. "Here is where I am at currently," Khloe wrote. "True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn't give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn't able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I've lost 33 pounds! I'm shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly."

The Good American founder said working out means more to her than just looking good.

"I never compare myself to other women as every woman has their own journey. We also all have different priorities in our day-to-day lives. One of mine is having that one hour where I can be selfish and alone in my place of refuge," she shared. "Staying healthy and active is something that's very important to me. Exercise is something I've always used to maintain my sanity and relieve stress. And, now that I have a baby, I still want to keep something that's my time, my space, something I'm doing for myself."

Khloe has been chronicling her fitness journey on social media.

While she hasn't been posting much on Instagram since giving birth to her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, Khloe has been sharing videos of her workouts and of her body on Snapchat. Fans have since been criticizing the new mamá for focusing so much on her weight and there have been reports about her strict diets.

She's clapped back at haters who've commented on her health journey.

"I truly dislike when people report I've lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I'm doing these ridiculous diets. It's really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food," she tweeted in June. "Dieting is great but dieting doesn't typically create long lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individuals own rhythm of life. There's no one size fits all when health and fitness."

She shared some empowering words for her followers, writing: "To you out there, don't give up!! Everyday is a new day to find your rhythm."
