The new mom has previously undergone a major physical transformation since she began focusing on her fitness in 2014. The star lost 40 pounds at the time and she detailed her weight loss journey in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked.
The reality TV star has been giving her fans updates about her journey to get her pre-baby body back, and it looks like it's working! The Keeping up with the Kardashians star gave a glimpse of the results she's been seeing with her new diet and with her workouts, and she looks incredible. While celebrities have all the time, money and access to the best nutritionists and doctors, it's great to see her looking so good and proud of herself.
Khloe is loving her transformation!
She shared a video to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, June 6, of herself rocking some light-wash jeans from her Good American line. She paired the ripped, hip-hugging jeans with a black tank top. “Back in a pair of my Good American jeans,” she says in the mirror clip. “My workouts are working.” The reality star was so excited she even did a little dance in the video.
Khloe even shared her meal plan with fans.
The Revenge Body host posted what she has been eating to help her lose the weight after having her baby. She shared a post on her app titled “My exact low-carb meal plan” and said she eats one tablespoon of jam and one tablespoon of almond butter in the morning before her workout. "It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating," she wrote. After the workout she said she has two eggs, a cup of oatmeal and a cup of berries. She snacks on vegetables like cherry tomatoes and eats an eight-ounce piece of fish with four ounces of sweet potatoes for dinner.
Khloe has been facing criticism about focusing on her weight.
She defended her right to work on her body in a video on Snapchat. "What I’m annoyed about is that I’ve read a couple of times on Twitter that they feel that I’m focusing too much on my body, but the truth is, I've worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant and that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do," she said in the video. "I want to start doing that now and getting into my rhythm and in between feedings I want to find time to work out because that’s going to be my new normal. Just because I have a baby, doesn't mean I have to stop doing the things that I love, and I love working out and getting my mind right."
The new mom revealed it was tough to workout while caring for True.
“It’s also a struggle trying to fit in working out between feedings,” she said. “No two days are the same. True is so great, but still I can’t predict if she’s going to sleep for the full two hours or if she’s hungry.”
She also shared how her body has bounced back after pregnancy.
The reality star thanked muscle memory for helping her belly get tight quickly just five weeks after welcoming True. She lifted up her shirt to show her progress to her fans.
Khloe was spotted soon after giving birth.
The TV personality was looking a lot curvier than usual when she was spotted out with her daughter for a walk in Ohio.
Even before True arrived, Khloe was set on staying in shape.
She revealed that she had been cleared by her doctor to exercise throughout the pregnancy so that she didn't completely get sidetracked during the nine months.
