It's official. Short hair is in this season__–Kim Kardashian__, Jennifer Lopez and now Selena Gomez are proof of that. The singer and actress was spotted last week at Coachella sporting a sleek bob and posted a pic of her new cut yesterday to Instagram. But I couldn't help but notice how similar it looks to Kylie Jenner's new bob!

Selena has changed her look here and there, but she doesn't normally stray too far from her signature long, dark strands. It's only been in recent years that we've seen her sport much edgier looks.
Last year she cut her hair into a sleek lob while touring. For Selena, this was a big deal.

But now she's rocking a bob that is giving me so much life. The short textured cut brings out a whole new side of her.

It was only a few weeks ago that Kylie Jenner debuted a bob very much like Selena's. The cuts are both similar in length, color and texture. So much so I can't help but wonder if Selena was inspired by Kylie's look. She even still has her hair wet like in Kylie's bob pics.

You know what they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. One thing's for sure: She looks amazing and this cut is giving me all sorts of summery hair vibes.
