Jennifer Lopez knows that part of staying ageless means working on her fitness. The 47-year-old Boricua pop star's body looks better than ever thanks, in part, to her longtime trainer David Kirsch. He shared all of J.Lo's workout secrets for maintaining her toned and curvy famous figure. Here's how she does it!

Lopez is all about her lunges, kicks and squat jumps.

Kirsch told Well and Good that this is one of J.Lo's go-to moves. She typically does 15 lunges and 30 squat jumps in a single set. It's a full body workout that focuses on the lower half and core of her body.

She gets really fancy with her lunges.

The pop star's lunges are pretty challenging. That's because she's a fan of the reverse crossover lunge and lateral lunge. "Do 15 reps per side," her trainer recommends.

Lopez also does squats on her toes!

J.Lo also does single leg deadlifts.

It sounds way more intimidating than it really is. The trick is to make sure you have your balance before lifting your other leg up.

J.Lo makes sure to do circuit training and kick-boxing too.

"Whenever I work with Jennifer, we always work her full body. She likes high-intensity workouts and keeping the variety up," Kirsch told Allure.
