Kim was modeling a tight-fitted white gown designed by Vivienne Westwood. Kimye dressed their best for star-studded gala opening of La Traviata. It looks like the reality star was too busy taking selfies or Snapchatting to even notice that she was flashing her faja!
I would be completely mortified if my Spanx were caught out there, but this is Kim we're talking about. She probably shrugged off the Spanx moment and kept it strutting. A woman like her doesn't stress the small stuff–especially if it involves undergarments.
