This is probably one of the worst parenting #fails of all time. A Texas mom was recently arrested for allowing three of her children, all under the age of 13, to get ankle tattoos. Their father had enough common sense to report the incident after he picked up his kids and noticed the fresh ink on their skin. You won't believe what the kids confessed their mom said before she gave them permission.

According to Fox News, one child's tattoo was of a cross, another one got an infinity symbol with a cross and another inked a heart with an arrow. The kids told police that their mom, Ashley Weir, told them they could get tattoos, but not to "cry" or "whine" about the pain. How insane is that?! The 31-year-old was also reported to be intoxicated when police arrived to her home.
Tattooing minors is prohibited in 45 states. Only teens between the ages of 16 to 18 are allowed to get a tattoo with consent of a parent. Apparently Weir was not made aware of this or honestly didn't give a damn. I'm guessing it's the second option because she also allowed a registered sex offender to tattoo her children! It was her boyfriend's brother who was responsible for the body art and reportedly he had trouble with the law for touching children inappropriately.
The mom was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. Besides the ink that will last a lifetime, who knows what kind of permanent scars this will leave on her children. Shame on her!
