Story after story goes on and on about the benefits of olive oil. That I knew–olive oil is already the go-to oil in my kitchen, but I was surprised to read that olive oil even just the aroma can help you fight hunger! A study out of Germany found that people who consumed olive oil or an an extract from its aroma had higher levels of serotonin.
