As an avid juicer, I love starting out my mornings with a juice I created with my own blend of fruits and veggies. Not only is it detoxing, but it's a great way to get a daily serving of greens into your system. The best part is the cost for the amount of produce and fruits you buy is in your control and can range as little as $20 a week.
The only thing you will need is a juicer–which vary in prices–but are an excellent tool to have in your kitchen. I use the Breville BJE200XL Compact Juice Fountain 700-Watt Juice Extractor, and although it's on the cheaper scale ($99), it still hasn't failed me. Juicing, many say, is better than blending and smoothies because it gives your body instant easy access to all the nutrients found in the fruits and veggies since your body doesn't have to work as hard to break down the fiber.

Carrot, Ginger, Apple
This juice is packed with Vitamin C and is perfect to combat or prevent colds. The recipe is as follows:
3 carrots
2 apples (or as many as you like)
1 small piece of ginger
Apple, Kale, Lemon
Get your serving of Vitamin A, calcium, and greens with this cancer-fighting drink. To get the amazing benefits juice:
1 handful of kale
2 apples
1/2 a peeled lemon
Orange, Carrot, Beet
This interesting combination is chockful of vitamins and delicious. Juice the following ingredients:
2 Oranges
1 medium beet
2 carrots
Add more apples or carrots for extra sweetness.
Spinach, Apple, Carrot
Get your Vitamins A, C, K, and B with this nutritious beverage. Follow this recipe for ultimate results:
5 carrots
2 apples
2 cups of spinach
Pineapple, celery, cucumber
This blend is perfect for detoxing and especially losing weight! Start your day off with the following recipe:
1 cup of pineapple
1 medium cucumber
2 stalks of celery
