Hayek posted a photo enjoying lunch with her mom and wrote, "After a glamorous week in Cannes, nothing like coming home to your mom's tamales." My first observation is that Hayek definitely got her beauty from her mother. Her bone structure and eyes are almost identical to the 48-year-old! Then my eyes went straight for the tamales! They look so delicious and homemade!
There's nothing greater in life than sitting down to enjoy your mother's homecooked meal. It really is food for the soul. My mom's chuletas and rice and beans coats my stomach in a way that only her cooking can. It's just magical and you can see that same feeling in Hayek's face.
