J.Lo is the boss in her career and at home! Believe it or not, the Boricua star is strict with her "coconuts" Max and Emme. She recently revealed that her twins are banned from playing video games or watching anything on the iPad on weekdays. "They have to be good in school and then they get Sunday Funday. It's something I made up so they could work towards it and behave!" she told E! News. Smart mama!

The Latina songstress turns into a ball of mush when she talks about her 6-year-old son, Max, and 6-month-old daughter, Summer. "I love being at home and cuddling with them in my sweatpants. I learn so much from them, and every day is a new and fun adventure," she said in an interview.

As a single mom to 4-year-old daughter Violet, Milian has opened up about having to co-parent with her ex-husband The Dream. Her advice? "Try to chill out and be neutral and understanding of each other's time. Your kids are not objects. Don't use them to hurt one another or complicate each other's lives," she writes.

The Mexican actress' daughter, 6-year-old Valentina, is all grown up now. Hayek previously revealed that one of her most treasured parenting tips came from her tía. She said, "When Valentina was not even 1 month old, my aunt gave me the best advice: 'Put her to sleep yourself every night. Sing to her and cradle her in your arms and sit by her side–every night. Because one day you won't be able to, and it's going to happen really fast."

The famous mom to 6-year-old Honor and 3-year-old Haven has had her own share of "aha moments" with motherhood. She told Parenting magazine, "I'm the disciplinarian. I think it's because I was kind of a naughty kid myself: I'd push my parents' buttons and test them to see how much I could get away with."

The Brazilian model has three children with husband Matthew McConaughey. While raising their kids, Levi, Livingston and Vida, Alves has tried to make sure they all learn a second language. "For me personally it's really important because when we go home to Brazil, most of my family doesn't speak English. They need to be able to communicate with that side of the family," she says.

The Cuban actress gave birth to daughter Esmeralda with Ryan Gosling six months ago. What she loves most is spending the nights with her baby. She told Women's Health magazine, "I'm actually enjoying the sleepless nights because it's bonding with my little girl."
