J.Lo is the boss in her career and at home! Believe it or not, the Boricua star is strict with her "coconuts" Max and Emme. She recently revealed that her twins are banned from playing video games or watching anything on the iPad on weekdays. "They have to be good in school and then they get Sunday Funday. It's something I made up so they could work towards it and behave!" she told E! News. Smart mama!

She said, "When Valentina was not even 1 month old, my aunt gave me the best advice: 'Put her to sleep yourself every night. Sing to her and cradle her in your arms and sit by her side–every night. Because one day you won't be able to, and it's going to happen really fast."
