The Estefans are Miami royalty and they just put up one of their $40 million mansions on Star Island to prove it. Gloria and Emilio Estefan originally purchased the private island home in 1993 for $1.8 million. That sounds like chump change compared to what they're selling the Floridian villa for now. The house, built in 1940, embodies a tropical oasis, which includes a private spa, resort style pool and private dock. Better yet, it also includes a guest home built in 1995 that's equally as stunning. You'll want to pull out your checkbook and wish you had the cash to purchase this beauty!

Entrance
The Estefan's home on 1 Star Island Drive has the colonial flair of a tropical palace. The terrority includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property also faces a guest house, which includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. What a dream come true!
Living room
The Miami mansion's decor looks like a peaceful haven for the Cuban singer. The white walls perfectly contrast the outdoor bright greenery. I love all of the natural light in the space!
The sitting room
The fireplace makes this area so cozy and comforting. Imagine relaxing here after a long day!
The decor
The singer's interior decor is definitely inspired by her Cuban roots. The wicker seats and natural artwork complements the room perfectly.
The backyard view
It must be heavenly to stare out at the ocean view from this private terrace. Beautiful!
The spa
A Latin pop queen like Estefan needs an at-home private spa! I would retreat to this tropical paradise every day!
The bathroom
It looks like her bathroom may have the original tub that was placed when the home was built in 1940. Bathtime would be lovely in this space!
The kitchen
Estefan loves to cook and this homey kitchen is perfect for hosting intimate family dinners. I can imagine the Cuban dishes that have come out of this room!
The lounge area
The Estefans probably love television time as much as we do! This room would be really sweet to catch up on my reality television favorites.
The poolside
The resort style pool looks over the bay area and private dock. What more can a person ask for?
