Have you talked to your kids about the birds and the bees yet? My kids are still quite young so they only have a rudimentary understanding of where they came from. They know that mommy and daddy are responsible for making them and that they grew in mommy's belly until they were ready to come out, but they don't know the exact details. I know the day is coming when we will have to sit down and spill the frijoles to them, but for now especially after witnessing the awkwardness of other parents telling their kids about the birds and the bees in the video below I'm going to cherish every last moment of blissful innocence.

You've got to see this video even if you've already had the sex talk with your kids because it's really an eye-opener. I mean I know all about sex and how it works and this video still managed to make me feel all kinds of awkward and blush because OMG you guys these kids! They are so young and watching their parents carefully explain to them how babies are made is almost like watching a switch on their brain completely flip. Of course there are moments full of hilarity along with all the uncomfortable awkwardness.
One of the boys cracks me up because he confidently states that a woman's private parts are called a "vangina." I have to say, I've never heard that one before. Another little boy manages to shock his father by how much he does actually know thanks to having an older brother who told him all kinds of "bad stuff."
I want to give a hearty thank you to the parents in this video that allowed their big talk to be filmed because both myself and my kids will benefit from their experience. I might have to swipe the "special dance" phrase that one dad uses.
Now, press play and get ready to laugh and blush!
