Victoria’s Secret models share their crazy diet tips

As much as we envy Victoria's Secret models and their insanely perfect figures, it's a full-time job to look that good! It costs money too. The latest diet craze used by models is called Sakara Life, a vegan at-home delivery service, which runs up to $1,400 for 20 meals. Eating healthy shouldn't cost that much! I can make 20 salads for way cheaper than that. I can't believe the lengths they are willing to go to be runway ready. These women are dedicated and crazy to do some of these!

You counted that right–100 squats a day! Doutzen Kroes also adds ballet moves to her routine, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't make it less painful. She calls this "getting in the mood."

They like variety

Most of us are lucky if we stick to one workout routine. Victoria's Secret runway model Joan Smalls constantly switches up her workouts to maintain her super toned frame. "For fitness, mix it up and always remain active. I mix boxing with cardio and Pilates," she says.

They overload on planks

Brazilian model Adriana Lima works out her core by planking like a mad woman. She also does yoga, spinning and boxing. That looks like no joke!

They use ankle weights

Alessandra Ambrosio's perfectly toned legs and derriere is partly owed to her use of ankle weights during her workout routines. The moves are simple, but the added weight definitely makes a huge difference.

They have a portion control diet plan

We all know these women aren't hitting up an all you can eat buffet. They watch their calorie intake by having the most calories in the morning and slowly decreasing the count throughout the day.

They focus on the booty

They can't ignore the back! Victoria's Secret model Maria Borges admits that the booty machine is her favorite. She posted this photo with the hashtag "train like an angel."

They drink a gallon of water a day

Staying hydrated is taken to the extreme! In a previous interview, Adriana Lima admitted that she drinks a gallon of water a day and only drinks protein shakes about a week before the big fashion show. ¡Pobrecita!

They have work out buddies

They help each other stay in top shape. I guess having a work out buddy always helps! Can I have more than one then?

They do the blood type diet

Most of the VS models are on a customized diet plan based on the four different blood types. I doubt that any of them include a grilled cheese sandwich on the menu!

They use a vegan delivery service

The correct assumption is that these ladies never have time to cook their own meals. Instead, they use a vegan food delivery service called Sakara Life, which runs up to almost $1,400 for 20 meals. I rather spend that money on rent!
