Zoe Saldana was in kickass shape in Guardians of the Galaxy, thanks to her trainer Steve Moyer. In order to make Saldana a believeable badass, he had her perform a series of crazy full body workouts that incorporated "squats followed by a core exercise like plank pushups (which also hits the triceps) followed by a cardio exercise," he says. Jeez! That's intense!

Jennifer Lopez's right and tight body (and booty) trick: Working out with fellow former dancer Tracy Anderson. The celebrity trainer tells Hollywood Life she switches up J.Lo's dance-inspired cardio and strength routine every few days. "We change the workout every 10 workouts. That’s the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days."

All you need to do is take a look at Maripily's Instagram to see how she maintains her rock-hard a…er…abs. The mujer is stuck on beast mode! Not a day goes by in which she does not have a hot date with a set of weights. Though a lot of women are scared of training with weights, I'm willing to bet not many would shy away from obtaining Maripily's tight bod. She's proof that it pays to pick things up and put them down!

Shakira

No surprise here: Shakira told Self she got her pre-baby bod back by literally dancing her ass off. Of course. Shaki specifically credited Zumba with helping her shed the baby weight.

Evelyn Lozada's secret to a bangin' post-baby bod is…Evelyn Lozada. The former Basketball Wives star has a series of workout videos that cater to real women. Most of her workouts can be done at home, with very little equipment.

Sofia Vergara is the first to admit that she absolutely loathes working out. But that doesn't mean she won't do it. When push comes to shove, Sofia goes to her long-time personal trainer Kristi, who she says "tortures" her with Pilates. Um, call me crazy, but iIf  torture by Pilates will get me Sofia's body, sign me up for a year's worth of sessions. Bring it on, Kristi!

Snooki

It's only been a few weeks since Snooki gave birth to her baby girl Giovanna, but the pint-sized reality star is already rocking her skinny jeans! How in the world did she do that? Well, I guess that's what happens when you workout throught your entire pregnancy, like Snooki did. The mother of two lifted weights and participated in several bootcamp-style fitness classes a week, right up 'til the end of her pregnancy.

Determined to maintain her 30 pound weight-loss, Chiquis says she tries to keep her workout routine fun and interesting. In conjunction with eating clean and lean, she says she keeps the extra lbs at bay by hiking, cycling, and dancing her ass off. Sounds like my kind of routine.

Yes, Gisele has been blessed with some amazing genes. But the super model (and super mama) also has an intense mix of martial arts, boxing, and yoga to thank for her incredible post-baby body. After giving birth to her son in 2010, Gisele told a Brazilian newspaper, "I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week."

Jessica Alba

Really, what doesn't Jessica Alba do? The mami and mogul reportedly does yoga, strength trains, and does tons o' cardio to keep her body looking and feeling good. Pretty wholesome, right? Well…word has it she incorporated a little strippercise into her routine to get her sinfully shredded bod for this summer's blockbuster film, Sin City: A Dame To Kill. Have you ever tried it? Now that I know it worked for Alba, I might just have to give the pole a whirl.

Ninel Conde

Don't let Ninel's petitie frame fool you. The Mira Quien Baila judge is incredibly strong. Before getting pregnant, she would lift weights on the regular. It obviously paid off in spades. Even now that she's pregger's, she's managed to maintain an enviable bod.

Michelle Rodriguez

Notorious badass Michelle Rodriguez credits Tracy Anderson's dance-based workout system with her hot bod. Who would have thunk it? I guess Latina celebs just have a thing for dance-based workouts, because J.Lo also goes to the former dancer for regular sweat seshes.

Adriana Lima

Adriana Lima may look like an Angel, but she works out like a devil! The Brazilian belleza maintains her picture perfect bod with trainer Michael Olajide, Jr.’s intense AEROBOX method, a workout that combines crazy cardio and insane weight training in a heart-pumping 45-minute burn sesh. Phew! Remind me never to mess with that chica.
