The more Ricky Martin talks about fatherhood, the more I just wish he would adopt me. The Puerto Rican singer is madly in love with his 6-year-old twin boys Matteo and Valentino. Now that the twins are starting to get older, they are asking the tough questions about how they were brought to this world. Luckily, they have an amazing dad like Ricky that has the perfect answer to how they were conceived.

In 2008, Ricky Martin welcomed his adorable twin boys via a surrogate mother and officially came out of the closet two years later. During a radio interview with Univision recently, the 42-year-old star opened up about parenting and how he answered the boiling question "how were we born"?
Martin revealed:
He asked me, 'Papa, was I in your stomach?' And I responded, 'You were in my heart and you are still in my heart.' There is a woman I adore with all of my heart and she let me borrow her stomach so that you could be in her womb. And when you were born she placed you into my arms.
That is the sweetest and most loving kid-worthy explanation for birth that I have ever heard. I think some people are born to be parents. Not just parents, but amazing parents. Ricky is just one of those humans and it makes me love him even more. Ricky plans on welcoming a daughter next year, but explained that he doesn't have any names picked out yet. "I don't have a clue," he said when asked about the baby name.
Well, I'm sure he will figure that out once she is born next year. What we do know for sure is that his daughter is going to be one lucky baby.
