Jennifer Lopez seems to have been born with an anti-aging gene that only superhumans are made of. The 45-year-old Boricua looks better than most 20-somethings out here, but how does she do it? J.Lo has always denied going under the knife and is all about celebrating her real curves in her upcoming "Booty" video with Iggy Azalea. She recently stopped by the Today show and spoke to Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb about her beauty regimen and how she stays so damn flawless.

I wish I could tell you that she revealed a new beauty routine, but Lopez simply covered the basics of looking good. You have to get lots of rest, eat well, moisturize and exercise. Is there something she isn't telling us?
When asked whether she has had any work done, she strictly denied it. "I don't judge anybody who does. You have to do what makes you feel good," she said, "I haven't done it yet, I don't know if I would. I don't know how I'll feel when things start happening."
There's a part of me that really wants to believe her, but the lady has no cellulite. Can you really trust someone that is spared that flaw? All hating put aside, I'm glad that she does advocate staying natural. It makes me feel like Latinas just age better than most. When her wrinkles start flooding in, I won't judge her for getting a little work done as long as she still looks like herself and not Tiger Woman.
The trick J.Lo seems to live by is making sure she covers all of her bases–and does eat the Puerto Rican food she loves in moderation. She says:
For me, I have learned this over the years, there's a balance. I love to eat and I grew up on fried foods and rice and beans and all that kind of stuff, but at a certain point you have to say 'I have to eat more greens.'
If it works for her then we will try it! Watch the clip below and let us know what you think:
