A 26-year-old woman from Cornwall, England lost almost 60 pounds in only 100 days. Sophie King was overweight, unhealthy and unhappy before she decided to create a plan that will allow her to slim down in exactly 100 days. She ate only healthy meals, worked out on a daily basis and documented the entire thing on her blog, "100 Healthy Days." If you have to see her before and after pictures!

King started losing her health when she was just 17 after giving up sports due to a broken ankle. Then when she was 21, she graduated from college with a bad glandular fever that had her in and out of the hospital. After nine months of battling a painful leg abscess, King now weighed 196 pounds.
But on her 26th birthday, King decided it was finally time for a change. Following the #100happydays trend, she decided to track down her diet and exercise daily for 100 days. She posted all the healthy meals she was eating as well as her weight loss and she looks freaking amazing now.
"Over the past 100 days so much has changed, it might not sound like a long time but there is so much you can do in 100 days," she says. "I feel fitter, healthier and so much more confident." She even moved to a more rural area where she can enjoy the outdoors, bike ride, horseback ride, swim and run. And even though she's past the 100 days, King plans on continuing with her healthy lifestyle.
I am so inspired by this woman. It's amazing to see someone so determined to make drastic changes in their life in efforts to get back their health. Not only does she look amazing, but she seems a hell of a lot more confidence (not to mention happy) too! You go girl!
