One of my favorite meals or snacks to have are smoothies, which are great options when you are pressed for time but still want a nutritious treat.This is especially a good choice if wedding planning has taken over your life and you barely have time to eat. Sure you might lose a few pounds, but these smoothies will ensure that you are still getting the nutrients your body needs.

Green smoothie
This green smoothie contains lots of fiber and leafy greens, important to cleanse your body. Below is what you will need:
-350mL coconut water
-1/2 frozen banana
-1/2 Lebanese cucumber, peeled and cut into smaller chunks
-2 kale leaves, stems removed
-1 stick celery, cut into smaller chunks
-1 tbsp chia seeds

Springtime energy juice
This delicious combination will give you instant energy which is perfect for your sweating for the wedding workout!
Here is what you will need:
1 Orange
1 Banana
1 Cup Spinach or Kale
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

Pink Power Detox Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect to start off your morning and you're going to love how bright, creamy and delicious it tastes!
Here is what you will need:
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 medium avocado, pitted
- 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 1 cup strawberries (frozen preferred), hulled if necessary
- 1 small/medium beet, ends trimmed and roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced (about 3 tablespoons or so)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 large ice cubes
- 1 apple ( if sweeter smoothie is desired – optional), cored and roughly chopped
