The best part about chia seed pudding? You can have it for breakfast, dessert or both! You won't even have to feel guilty about eating it because it contains Omega 3 fatty acids which your body needs and helps keep your waistline trim.

Here is what you will need:

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut milk
1 1/2 teaspoons of cacao powder

1 teaspoon of shredded coconut.

Directions: In a mason jar or bowl add in the chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, and maple syrup and stir until everything is blended together. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours until the consistency of the mixture is gel like.
