One of my favorite things about smoothies is that you have many options to choose from. You can mix so many things that you just can't get bored. The only thing you have to keep in mind is to avoid blending unhealthy items such as chocolate syrup or full-fat milk. I particularly like having them a few times out of the week if I'm pressed on time and need a quick breakfast or pick-me-up after the gym.

The next time you go grocery shopping, make sure to pick up your favorite fruits, veggies, and other healthy ingredients such as chia and flax seeds fo your smoothies. What you should know is that not all of these smoothies are created equal and some can amp up weight loss better than others.

Try the ones I've listed below and watch the weight start dropping before your eyes!
