Motivated to sell: Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott slash price of their Beverly Hills mansion

Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner and rap star Travis Scott have not been together for quite some time. The former couple will never completely be out of each other’s lives because their relationship resulted in two beautiful children: Stormi Webster born in 2018 and Aire Webster born in 2022. Still, since their split, there is no reason to believe that the exes will ever cohabitate again, which is why they’ve been trying for some time to sell the Beverly Hills home they bought together.

They bought the place in 2018—the same year they became parents for the first time—for $13.4 million. By 2022, their romantic relationship was unraveling and they listed the mansion for quite a bit more than they paid. As you know, the year is now 2024 and since the home has not yet sold, K and T have sliced the price for the second time. How low are these two willing to go to get this property off their hands?

In 2022, were asking for a whole lot more than they paid.

Remember they paid $13.4 million for the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home. They also probably invested some dough in sprucing up the already luxe 9,171 square feet of living space and additional estate property because you know how rich celebs do.

Plus, properties generally go up in value as the years go by, or so I'm told. So, it’s not all that surprising that when they put it on the market their asking price was considerably higher than their purchase price.

How much higher? They were asking for $21.9 million. Sadly, for them, no one jumped at the chance to buy it. In February 2024, the property was listed for the discounted price of $17.9 million. Still no takers.

Welp, now they are asking for a whole lot less.

The price has now been slashed to $15.9 million. That’s $6 million less—or 27% less—than their original asking price and only $4.5 million more than they paid for it going on six years ago.

It’s not like either one of them needs the place.

Kylie has a whole bunch of other properties in her real estate portfolio and Travis bought a manse in Brentwood back in 2020. I’m sure they are both eager to get the place they used to call home together sold, so if you’re interested, you might be able to lowball them. I’m kidding!

On a serious note, though.

In February, a huge crack developed in the hillside of the home Travis bought, so I'm not sure if he will want to stay there much longer. Seems kind of scary and who is gonna wanna buy an endangered mansion?
