At the heart of the Kardashian-Jenner family is momager Kris Jenner. The mom, 68, not only handles the logistics of her kids' various business empires but also helps maintain the peace among her strong-willed daughters. No matter what, Kris is there to support her family.

In total, Kris is a mom of six. She welcomed Kourtney, 45, Kim, 43, Khloé, 39, and Rob Kardashian, 37, with her late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian. During her marriage to Caitlyn Jenner, Kris welcomed two more daughters, Kendall, 28, and Kylie Jenner, 26. Kris is currently dating Corey Gamble, 43.
With so many people depending on Kris and so much riding on her shoulders, fans were shocked when the momager revealed she has a tumor in The Kardashians season five trailer.
The trailer for 'The Kardashians' season five dropped on May 8.
On May 8, Hulu dropped the official trailer for season five of The Kardashians. The Kardashian-Jenners, as always, were busy with full schedules and plenty of drama sprinkled in here and there. Toward the end of the trailer, Kris revealed a medical concern to her family.

"I had my scan," Kris told her family in an emotional announcement. "They found a cyst and like a little tumor." In the scene, Corey fought back tears. Meanwhile, Kendall and Kylie consoled each other with a hug.
Does Kris Jenner have cancer?
Naturally, many fans of the Kar-Jenners wondered: Does Kris Jenner have cancer? Details about the momager's health are sparse, naturally, to pull in viewers for season five of The Kardashians. As of writing, Kris has not commented about her tumor either way.
Previously, 'The Kardashians' covered Kris' hip replacement surgery.
This isn't the first time Kris' health has been a plot point for The Kardashians. In season two, she finally sought medical attention for "excruciating hip pain" that had been plaguing her.
"The pain that I've been feeling seems to be getting in the way of my life and that is not something that I can really tolerate or have the patience for," she said in an episode that premiered in October 2022, per People. "I have this beautiful fabulous life and I have so many kids and grandkids that I want to share it with. All I wanna do is fix the problem and move on so I can live the best, longest life possible."
Season five also covers Kourtney's pregnancy health scare.
When season five of The Kardashians was filmed, Kourtney was toward the end of her pregnancy with her son, Rocky. "This is the best blessing in the world," the expecting mom said in the trailer. "But it's a high-risk pregnancy."
The scene then cut to Kris receiving a phone call from Kourtney. "This is really crazy. So I just want Kourtney to be OK," the worried mom said.
Kourtney then explained, "I had to go in for fetal surgery, which was terrifying."
When does 'The Kardashians' season five premiere?
Season five of The Kardashians premieres at midnight on Thursday, May 23. After that, new episodes will drop every Thursday on Hulu. Hopefully, viewers will soon learn more about Kris' tumor, whether it was cancerous, and how she's doing today.
