Many celebrities have proven that it is quite possible to keep certain aspects of their lives to themselves, even when so much of their lives is public. It has even been possible for very public stars like Paris Hilton to keep news as big as having a baby a complete secret from the public. Paris and husband Carter Reum welcomed their baby via surrogate, which may have made it easier for them to keep the news from going public, but plenty of other celebrities have managed to keep even their pregnancies a secret.

Kylie Jenner did her best to enjoy her first pregnancy away from the public eye and didn't confirm the news until after she gave birth. Even though the news eventually leaked, she was able to keep most of the details of her pregnancy under wraps and avoided being photographed with her baby bump at all costs. Other stars have also successfully been able to give birth without the world even knowing they were expecting. Paris Hilton became a mom in early 2023.

Her announcement that she and husband Carter Reum had become parents to a baby boy came via a photo on social media. The photo shows her perfectly manicured hand with a darling little baby hand wrapped around her thumb. The caption reads, "You are already loved beyond words ."

Nessa Diab and Colin Kaepernick shared their baby news in August 2022.

"I thought long and hard about sharing our life changing news today. I decided to do so because today is the first day in a few weeks where I stepped out for work with a new life title – MOM!" wrote Nessa when she shared a picture of her beautiful family on August 28, 2022.

Adrienne Bailon and Israel Houghton also shared ‘magnificent secret’ in August 2022.

"We have quietly prayed while sitting on this most magnificent secret for the last 9 months. He is worth every tear, every disappointment, every delayed prayer, every IVF cycle, every miscarriage. Everything," she shared via Instagram. The baby’s name is Ever James.

Naomi Campbell made a big announcement in May 2021.

"A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother," the model captioned a since-deleted post that announced the arrival of her daughter. "So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love."

James Rodríguez and Shannon de Lima welcomed a son via surrogate in 2019.

James and Shannon had kept the fact that they were awaiting the arrival of a baby via surrogate a secret. Then, on October 28, 2019, James posted a picture of his hand and an infant holding one of his fingers and wrote, “Hello, I want to share with you an immense joy.
