When our friends and family have babies, it's exciting and wonderful news. It's also a welcome relief from so much of the bad news we are bombarded with daily. Celebrities may not be our friends, but they definitely feel familiar because they contribute to our lives in the form of entertainment. And although they may not know who we are, we certainly know who they are, and when they have babies, it's fun to share in their excitement. This year, like in years past, we like to keep a running list of babies born to celebrities, and so we present to you: celebrity babies born in 2022.

The celebrity babies list for 2022 is filled with arrivals for many first-time parents, including Amelia Vega, Adrienne Bailon, Evaluna Montaner, and Jackie Cruz. Of course, there are many celebrities who added to their broods, like Hilaria and Alec Baldwin, Kylie Jenner, and Ashley Graham. There's also the excruciating loss and heartbreak that Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez are experiencing. Amelia Vega and Al Horford welcomed baby No. 5!
The former Miss Universe and the Celtics basketball player welcomed daughter Mila Horford Vega into the world on December 12. They now have five children together and call themselves "Party of 7."
Diddy welcomed his seventh child.
“I’m so blessed to welcome my baby girl Love Sean Combs to the world,” he shared via Twitter on December 10. "Mama Combs, Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and myself all love you so much! God is the Greatest!"
Nathalia Casco became a mom for the third time.
The former Nuestra Belleza Latina contestant gave birth to her third child, Lia, in mid-November and shared that the little girl was born via emergency C-section. Lia joins sisters Daniela and Joy.
Rebel Wilson is now a proud member of the ‘Mums’ club.
On November 7, the Australian actor shared via Instagram:
“Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle! Hilaria and Alec Baldwin welcomed their seventh child together.
Hilaria announced the birth of their youngest "Baldwinito" via Instagram, writing:

Both she and I are happy and healthy
Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home.

Ilaria is Hilaria and Alec's seventh child together. He also has a daughter, Ireland, with his ex Kim Basinger.
Nick Cannon and LaNisha Cole had a baby girl.
Her name is Onyx Ice Cole Cannon, and this is Nick’s ninth child and LaNisha’s first. On September 14, Nick wrote via Instagram:
"Once again Today I am in Awe of the Devine Feminine! God has given me and @MissLanishaCole the privilege of hosting an Angel here on earth. I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities. In this moment of celebration and jubilee, I wish to mute any low vibrational frequencies and only rejoice with the Highest Class of Civilization who are truly aligned with our purpose here in this dimension."
The part about muting “low vibrational frequencies” is most likely a reference to the criticism he continues to get from people about having so many kids with different partners. His eighth child was born in July—more on that below—and it appears that No. 10 will soon be arriving.
Adriana Lima and Andre Lemmers named their son Cyan.
"Cyan is the color between green and blue on the visible spectrum of light. Cyan is the color of the waters of Bora Bora and Maldives, places in our family’s bucket list. Cyan now is our favorite color… the color of our baby boy’s eyes. Welcome to our world CYAN LIMA LEMMERS ~ 08/29/22," Adriana shared via Instagram.
Nastassja Bolívar and Steven Jair Cabas named their baby Kaia.
The Nicaraguan television personality and her partner, Colombian businessman Seven Jair Cabas, shared their happy news two days after their bundle of joy was born. Nastassja wrote, "My heart outside my body. • Our Kaia Soleil arrived healthy on 08.25.22 & we couldn’t be more complete!”
Adrienne Bailon and Israel Houghton welcomed their first baby together.
On August 16, the former The Real cohost and her hubby shared the news that their son, Israel Houghton, was born via surrogate. Part of the caption on their social media post reads, “If you have followed our love story… you know that our journey to baby has been very challenging — But God is true to His word and His promises. We have quietly prayed while sitting on this most magnificent secret for the last 9 months.”
Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson now have two children together.
Although the reality star and the professional basketball player are no longer romantically involved, they had started the process of having a baby via surrogate before they broke up. On August 5, a spokesperson for Khloé confirmed that the former couple’s son was born. The little boy is Khloé’s second child and Tristan’s fourth.
Bre Tiesi and Nick Cannon had a baby boy.
The child is Bre’s first and Nick’s eighth. The little boy’s name is Legendary Love Cannon. “I did it," Bre shared on July 25 of her birthing experience. "An all natural unmedicated home birth. This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience.”
Pippa Middleton and James Matthews had their third child together.
Pippa, who is Kate Middleton’s younger sister, had a baby girl with hubby James Matthews in July. The new addition's name is Rose. The couple have been married since 2017 and already had two other children together: Arthur and Grace.
Daniel Elbittar and Sabrina Seara welcomed their second child together.
The actors shared the news on social media that their baby Alexander Elbittar Seara was born on July 18, 2022. The announcement came with a carousel of photos showing baby Alexander on his own, with their whole family, and with Daniel gazing lovingly into the newborn’s eyes.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner welcomed their second child.
The couple became parents to their second daughter in early July 2022. Their first daughter was born in July 2020. Looks like their family is going to be doing a lot of celebrating of birthdays in July from here on out.

The baby was born in Los Angeles on May 13. The baby came only months after the couple went public with their pregnancy with a series of photos that showcased Rihanna’s baby bump. This is the couple’s first child.

According to TMZ, public records show that JLaw gave birth in Los Angeles County, but the exact date or gender of the baby has not been revealed.
Evaluna Montaner and Camilo have a daughter named Índigo.
Venezuelan entertainer Evaluna Montaner and her Colombian singer, musician, songwriter husband, Camilo, delivered their daughter at home. A few days after the birth, Camilo posted a series of touching photos of their home birth experience and wrote:
