Madonna confirmed that she adopted twins Esther and Stella Mwale from Malawi.
"I can officially confirm I have completed the process of adopting twin sisters from Malawi and am overjoyed that they are now part of our family," she shared on Instagram in February 2017. She also adopted son David Banda in 2006 and daughter Mercy James in 2009. Madonna also has daughter Lourdes and son Rocco.
Johnny Lozada has three kids of his own & one child who is adopted.
The 53-year-old star has four children, Natalia, Thalía, Jahn Gabriel, and Felipe. Johnny adopted son Felipe when the ex-Menudo singer was only 16. His mother became the legal guardian of the child, but Johnny helped raise him.
María Celeste Arrarás adopted her son, Adrián Vadim, from Russia.
The Al Rojo Vivo host is also the proud mom of Lara and Julián. They make such a beautiful family. María Celeste is literally beaming in this picture with her three kids.
Lionel Richie adopted Nicole when she was 9 years old.
Nicole's biological parents are Peter Escovedo and Karen Moss. When Nicole was very young, they were having a hard time taking care of Nicole, partly because Pete is a musician and was always touring. When Nicole was 3 years old, Lionel offered to take care of her, and they all agreed it would be best. Later he adopted her. Nicole is now a mother of two and a successful clothing designer.
Carlos Ponce & former spouse Veronica adopted twins from Russia named Siena & Savanna.
They were just a year old when the Ponce family took them in. As you can see in this video of them singing along to the Hamilton musical soundtrack, they know how to have fun together. Carlos also has two sons, Giancarlo and Sebastián.
Sandra Bullock is the proud mamá of two wonderful children.
The Gravity star adopted an adorable son named Louis in 2010. She later quietly adopted daughter Laila in 2012 but didn't announce her adoption until 2015. “There are so many kids out there who so badly want to have families,” the actress told People when she revealed she had adopted Laila.
Yuri expanded her family by adopting daughter Camila.
Yuri was 45 when she became a mother to her daughter. She said that the experience changed her life. "She's beautiful and growing so fast," she told El Nuevo Dia. They all do; it's crazy how quickly they grow.
Nicole Kidman & Tom Cruise adopted Connor & Isabella while they were still married.
Tom and Nicole divorced in 2001 after 11 years of marriage. Connor and Isabella are all grown up, but when they were younger, Nicole and Tom did the co-parenting thing. Nicole also has two children with husband Keith Urban.
Susana Zabaleta presented her adopted son, Matías, to the world in 2007.
The Mexican singer adopted her son when he was just 2. There was controversy surrounding the adoption because another couple wanted custody as well, but the court ruled in favor of Susana. Susana also has a daughter named Elizabetha.
Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt may no longer be together, but they have a large family to keep in mind.
They have three adopted kids—Maddox, Pax, Zahara. Their biological children are Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt. Brad and Angelina called it quits in 2016 and have been going through a long custody battle, which at one point left Angelina with custody of all six kids and Brad granted "therapeutic visits."
Sports commentator Fernando Fiore is also an adoptive parent.

Meg adopted daughter Daisy True from China in January 2006. Meg is also mom to son Jack Quaid, whom she shares with ex-husband Dennis Quaid. “I am convinced, completely convinced that there was nothing random about [the adoption],” the actress told Redbook in 2007. “She is the daughter I should have.”
Mayra Rojas is a proud mom who adopted.
After having her first biological child, she suffered from fertility issues. She later adopted daughter Ivana. After her sister Lorena Rojas passed away, she also became the guardian of her niece.
Hugh Jackman & his wife adopted two kids.
The X-Men actor and wife Deborra-lee Furness adopted two children, Ava and Oscar, after Deborra sadly suffered two miscarriages. “Deb and I always wanted to adopt. So that was always in our plan. We didn’t know where in the process that would happen but biologically obviously, we tried and it was not happening for us and it is a difficult time,” he said in an interview with Katie Couric.
Katherine Heigl adopted two daughters, Adalaide Marie Hope & Nancy Leigh Mi-Eun.

"In the letter I ask her if we could, for Christmas, go to an orphanage to adopt a brother or sister for me. My mom, when I went through my first adoption, actually showed me the letter. I was connected to the idea of having a family through adoption when I was 8 years old. She's like: 'You never asked me to have another baby. You never asked me to have a little brother or sister for you. You just immediately went to adoption.' But I always knew that I wanted to be a mother always."

The Sex & the City star is raising two adopted children on her own. She adopted Gemma Rose in 2011 and son Wilson in 2018. “I don’t know why, and I don’t know how, but it had seemed like an option for me for a very long time,” she told Jada Pinkett Smith on an episode of Red Table Talk.
Ty Burrell & his wife expanded their family through adoption.
The Modern Family actor adopted daughter Frances in 2010 with his wife, Holly Burrell. Two years later they expanded their brood again and adopted daughter Greta. "In a weird way, it wasn't planned; it's a weird thing how adoptions can sometimes be as irrational as regular birth," he said in an interview.
