5 Ways to get healthy, shiny hair this winter

My body really doesn't react well to cold weather. Like it REALLY doesn't! It poses a problem not just for my skin, but for my hair too. The dry air and low temps leaves my strands brittle and weak, making them prone to breakage. So how does a girl get her hair looking shiny and glossy all winter long?

One word ladies: moisturize! Keeping your hair nourished and hydrated is especially key during the winter months. Cold brutal weather is bad enough, who needs to worry about a head full of damaged strands? Keep your pelo healthy and shiny this winter with a few of these simple hair care fixes!

Give your hair some extra TLC by applying a deep-conditioning treatment, like the Kerastase Nutri-Thermique ($62) at least once a week. This will help repair and strengthen strands, preventing further breakage.
