Carving pumpkins is so much fun this time of the year. I love that you can go traditional, or wonky, or artsy, or way out there. I also love that when you carve a pumpkin, you are creating a piece of art that has a very limited life. It pretty much starts rotting the second you stab it with a knife. Oh, did I just get all macabre on you?
