If you've never made friends with a dog, then I'm sorry to say you just don't know what you are missing. Dogs can be amazing friends and this is coming from me who isn't even a "pet" person, but I know because I have had the good fortune of being befriended by more than one dog. Currently, I live with my brother-in-law's dog and she has seen me through some very tough times during both of my pregnancies. I tell you, that dog just knew I needed love and support and she gave it to me unconditionally. That's why I'm so touched by these beautiful pictures of a baby and his best buddy who is a dog.
