I like a cut-out dress because the edgy design adds elegance without things like beads (which little hands always like to grab). So I'm glad that this season, designers have gone scissor happy with the cutout trend. I especially love how chic this Attention belted maxi dress looks with its slashed dramatic neckline, while still being loose and comfortable enough to wear while running after kids. I like to wear it with my hair tied back and a pair of gold T-straps.
