Soon she is releasing workout videos and is the ambassador for superfood energy shot Youth H20. To stay motivated she looks at pictures of her favorite celebs. "I mentally have a picture of Beyonce and J.Lo in my head … I live for those bodies!," she said.
Snooki
It's hard to believe that Snooki is a meatball no more. Now she's one buff mom who has been vocal about her love of working out. She's also faced scrutiny over the fact that some people think she's too thin. She shut down haters on Twitter and said, "Too skinny my a**. #FIT." Snooki is even posting her workouts on YouTube for her fans to follow along.
Alexa Vega
Alexa Vega is well beyond her Spy Kids days and has transformed into a buff young lady. The Machete Kills star got in great shape for the film in which she plays Killjoy and hasn't been shy to flaunt it on social media platforms. She has shared her love for exercising with her fans on Twitter. "GYM TIME!!! Going for a double workout! Lets do it!" she tweeted this past April.
Jennifer Lopez
We couldn't forget J.Lo! Just look at that picture–those are the abs of a woman who had TWINS! This hard working mamá went to extremes to lose the baby weight and signed up for a triathlon after giving birth. She also avoids sugar, alcohol to keep trim and fit. She told Fitsugar, "Sometimes when I get home and I'm not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym." Now that's a healthy habit to have!
Michelle Rodriguez
This badass Latina doesn't hold back when it comes to fitness. She's shared her love for outdoor activities, high intensity workouts, and boxing. She even had to go hardcore when starring in the film Battle: Los Angeles and had to train in extreme weather. "I had to train with all the Marine dudes, even though my character is an Air Force tech. That training was intense.," she told Zimbio.com.

Cameron Diaz is the definition of fitness junkie. The actress has been known to stay in great shape even working out with her athletic boyfriends. She is so dedicated to fitness that she told Fitsugar.com that it's a need for her. "Exercise for me is like eating, sleeping, and breathing. I'm consistent, and when I'm not consistent, it shows up on my body," she told the site.
Naya Rivera
Naya Rivera has not been shy to show off her body. She recently even showed up to a taping of Jimmy Kimmel with what appeared to be a bikini top! It turns out all the singing and dancing she does on her show Glee really pays off! Despite having a flat stomach she admits she hates ab work! Instead she says she swears by lower body exercises. "Legs and butt get the most attention in the Cheerios uniform, so those are my target areas. Lots of squats!," she said.
