Take your dog out
Spending time with your beloved pets can help calm the mind and ease stress. And being outside with them–whether tossing a ball on the beach or playing with them in a park–is also tension-busting.
Outdoor yoga
Yoga on its own is a huge tension reliever since you're working out the stress out of your body and mind. Moving it outside only heightens that effect!
Gardening
Gardening allows you to spend time in nature while involving yourself in a low-impact, relaxing activity–both of which helps boost your mood!
Take a walk in the park
