Just because you want to travel comfortably doesn't mean you should board that flight looking like a hot mess. Honestly, you should look just as relaxed and pull together as you plan on looking on your trip. As a matter of fact, feeling unattractive while traveling could put a damper on your mood, possibly even affect the way you react to passengers and flight attendants. No! And yes, chica, it IS possible to maintain a good beauty and skincare routine whenever you're on vacay. So I created a little beauty guide to help keep you pretty while you jet set. Check it out!

Drink water: The stale air in airplanes can leave skin dry and dehydrated. Keep skin radiant and moisturized by drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your flight. Not a big water person? I suggest carrying some Crystal Light On the Go Natural Lemonade Drink Mix Packets ($8). They are pretty delicious!
Moisturize: Aside from drinking plenty of water, make sure to hydrate skin with an ultra-rich facial lotion before your flight, followed by a tinted moisturizer or BB cream for a fresh and dewy look. I really like Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream SPF 35 ($39).
Do a facial mask: I usually do a rejuvenating at-home facial mask the day before my flight for a bright and glowing complexion. Try Korres Wild Rose + Vitamin C Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial ($48). Leave it on over night and wake up with luminous skin.
Treat lips: Traveling tends to leave my chapped-prone lips pretty dry. I usually like to do a lip scrub the night before to leave them smooth and polished the following day. Try Bliss Fabulips Sugar Lip Scrub ($18). And make sure to have a deeply hydrating lip balm on you at all times. I love Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment ($23).
Get some rest: You want to look well rested that day, make sure to get plenty of shut-eye the night before. And if you have a long flight ahead of you, sneak in some sleep on the plane. Use a sleeping mask if you have to.
