I have to say Kim Kardashian looked pretty fabulous on the red carpet in Atlanta, Georgia for the world premiere of Tyler Perry's recent film, Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor in which she costars as a marriage counselor (ironically enough). The mom-to-be wore an elegant black lace dress over chic leather legging paired with pointy toe pumps (and after that debacle with the too-short tight dress from last week, I'm really liking her look here). I loved the way it showed off her growing baby bump. But as pulled together as Kim may have appeared, she admits that pregnancy hasn't been all that easy, something I think most women can actually relate to.

According to the NY Daily News, Kim has claimed that "being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney] or my mom has made it look." It's true: Kourtney's easy-breezy pregnancy looked like a piece of cake. But the reality is not all women have that same kind of experience. Not to mention, with all the traveling, work and stress Kim has had on her plate that definitely hasn't made things any easier. I mean, the poor girl even had a recent miscarriage scare where she was immediately rushed to the hospital after suffering from severe stomach pains. Doctors ordered her to take a break from her hectic lifestyle for the sake of the baby and her health.
"It's a little painful at times. I've gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It's getting a little more difficult," she said. The reality star took a week off from work after the pregnancy scare to just rest and take things easy and it has made all the difference. And I have to admit, she's looking a lot more confident and comfortable in her pregnancy bod as well. At first it seemed like she was still getting used to the body changes and the growing belly (understandably) and looking to cover it up. But now it appears that she's fully embracing her new curves and looking absolutely radiant. Good for her!
It's totally normal to experience discomfort and even pains during pregnancy, the key is to just stay on top of it and try to keep relaxed and healthy. I'm just glad to hear she's doing better health-wise, despite the difficulties she might still be enduring.
