8 Essential fashion tips for every curvy Latina

Finding fashion-forward clothes in curvy plus sizes isn't always easy. That's why Kathleen Sanchez opened up Curvaceous K,  a clothing boutique in N.Y.C. that offers fashionable and flattering finds for all full-figured women. "It's all about creating balance, knowing your body and saying this is what I'm working with and I'm going to make it look good, " Kathy says. Did I mention Kathy is super chic herself? Just look at how fab she looked (picture here) after her in-house stylist Steffany Allen dolled her all up. If you have a tummy you want to camouflage

"I think empire waist fashions happen to be one of the most flatering when you have a little bit of tummy. It makes you slim on top and flows to the bottom," says Kathy. Try a empire waist blouse in a fun, bright color for some instant edge. Macys.com, $24

"The big thing I would recommend for a woman with a big bust is to get a proper bra fitting. You need the right bra that’s going to give you support,” says Kathy.
