Winning another category, this time WW won out as the best diet for both short-term and long-term weight loss.  

Best Diabetes Diet: Biggest Loser Diet
This plan, which came from the popular TV show, revolves around healthy eating and exercise. 

Best Heart-Healthy Diet: Ornish Diet
Experts say that the balanced, sound menu promotes heart health and can even reverse heart disease IF the diet's rules are followed strictly.

Once again winning out, this diet got near-perfect stores in both nutritional soundness and safety because it is packed with produce and light on saturated fat and salt.
