When it comes to style, Jennifer Lopez is usually always on her A-game. So I was a little surprised when I found out about her recent wardrobe malfunction, which happened right in the middle of one of her performances. Ouch! 1. Make double-sided tape your BFF: J.Lo's nip slip situation could have been totally avoided had she used double-sided tape. It's a great way to keep the "girls" from accidentally slipping out. Every chica should have some of this on hand especially if you're wearing a low deep-plunge top or dress!
2. Carry a lint remover: There's nothing more embarrassing than fuzzies all over a black dress. So if I have a special occassion and I'm wearing black, I normally try to keep a travel-sized lint remover or brush in my purse. Try Travel Size Honey Can Do Lint Brush ($44).
3. Take care of deodorant stains: Just this morning I slipped on a fitted little black dress and found deodorant stains all over the place. Luckily for me I had some baby wipes on me to quickly wipe it all off. Not feeling the moisture? Try Miss Oops Rescue Sponge Deodorant Remover ($10). This awesome reusable sponge takes off deodorant and makeup stains off without wetting your clothes.
4. Bring some flats! Hey, I'll be the first to admit as much as I love my high heels after a long day, I'm dying for some relief! Save your feet from potential blisters or burning soles by making sure to have a comfy pair of flats on hand. Try Dr. Scholl's For Her Fast Foldable Flats ($11). These cute little flexible flats are cheap and fold nicely into any clutch.
5. Remove stains with seltzer: I usually always get a stain on my clothes–it never fails! But if I don't happen to have a spot-on stain remover on me, I take a little seltzer water and using a cloth or napkin, I blot it on the stain. If you get it on time it comes right off!
