Here’s your #1 workout to lose weight!

I have to tell you this up front: I hate working out. No, really, I hate it with the fiery passion that I only usually reserve for people who say something so racist or sexist that I want to punch them in the face despite being a life-long pacifist. Of course, it's not just about one thing that works for everyone. You have to be able to be flexible and you have to be able to do what works for you. As for the best workout for weight loss, calorie burn matters but you can't JUST focus on that, either.

For the best kind of weight loss, focus on two or three days of high-intensity interval workouts coupled with a few days of building lean muscle mass. In the end, though, it's all about what you're going to keep doing in the long run. So, if you're like me, maybe you should just stick with experimenting and figuring out because, in the end, the best exercise to lose weight is the one you can actually stick with.
