After reading our Latina's guide to the NCAA Tournament, I am more excited than ever for March Madness this year. But since I'm not a huge sports fan, the most exciting part of any game for me is gathering with friends and throwing a little fiesta filled with good food and great drinks.
But what can I make for the start of the men's college basketball championship tournament? Well, Latino hunk Mario Lopez is coming to my rescue with his big plan for March Madness: making nachos.
And not just any kind of nachos! He's making delicious Betty Crocker's beer queso nachos. This recipe is absolutely the right kind of snack for serving while you're watching the game. Now all I need is a margarita to go with it and for the games to finally begin.
