Keeping Up With the Kardashians has proven to be an exhausting task. The same is starting to be the case with Kim Kardashian and her four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West. Kim and her husband, Kanye West, have raised some eyebrows with the way they are raising their children, and nearly everything she shares on social media about her babies is heavily criticized by her fans.
Kim's four gorgeous babies are a big part of her image, and she shares their sweet moments on social media for her fans to watch them grow. Sadly for her, there are plenty of people adding their thoughts in the comments section with lots of criticism geared toward Kim and her parenting skills.

Whether it is about how her kids are dressed, whether or not she lets her daughters wear makeup, or how they look in photos, it seems like Kim can't catch a break from mommy shamers who insist on calling her out for every little thing. North is way too young for makeup and straightening her curly hair could mean it will leave behind lasting damage, but at the end of the day the KKW Beauty founder is North's mother and she gets to decide how she raises her kids. Letting North wear red lipstick was a big no-no.
North wore a bright red lipstick to the family's Christmas Eve party in 2018 and people were not pleased at all. They believed the color was too strong for a little girl and that Kim was pushing her daughter to grow up way too fast by letting her wear it.
Kim let North explore her love for fashion.
Some fans weren't pleased seeing North wear a design that was similar to her mom's. For some reason, a fan had a problem with Kim letting her daughter experiment with her love for fashion.
Kim's swimsuit choice for her daughter was met with criticism.
Kim shared a photo of herself and her daughter, North, on a boat during a trip they took to Miami. North was wearing a triangle bikini top and some felt it wasn't age-appropriate. "There are bikinis for kids and bikinis for adults/teens. This isn’t of the ‘kid’ sort. Just sayin'," one fan commented on Instagram.
Kim was blamed for ruining North's curls.
"Straitening her hair so young. Why?" one fan commented. For those who have naturally curly hair, applying heat to them can cause some lasting damage and take away from their original shape. "I can feel the heat damage from here! Leave your [kid's] hair alone let her have the choice to damage it when she's older," one fan wrote. Another added: "Stop straightening her hair. That poor baby's curl pattern is gonna be all jacked up from the heat damage she's putting on her hair at a young age."
People believed Kim's baby was in danger.
Kim shared this photo of her son, Psalm, to introduce the baby to the world after he was born in May 2019. Soon after, the comment section was flooded with critics saying that the baby was in danger because he was surrounded by blankets inside his crib.
Saint's love for candy got his mom in trouble.
After this pic was shared on Kim's Instagram account, fans began to comment and give their opinions on her letting her son, Saint, use a pacifier at his age. Kim had to defend herself and captioned the post: "Missing my babies!!!!! P.S. mom shammers it’s not a pacifier, he’s eating candy!"
She has been shamed for editing her kids' pics.
"I can't imagine my kids looking back at pictures of them from their childhood and seeing that I photoshopped their nose, eyebrows, and put a makeup filter on them," one fan commented on this pic of North and Chi. "North's eyebrows have eyebrows from a filter over them, chis eyebrows have a big area wiped out between them. North's nose line disappeares where it's been photoshopped etc. so sad!"
Animal lovers were not happy with Kim.
Kim shared a video of her adorable little girl, Chicago, with a snake draped around her shoulders and she was casually playing with it. Some fans commented how brave the little one was, while other gave the mom major side-eye for letting young child hold a snake.
North wearing a crop-top wasn't taken well.
Kim seems to allow North to express herself through her fashion choices, but this outfit she wore to her brother Saint's birthday party in 2018 was welcomed with plenty of criticism. Fans didn't think that a child so young should be wearing a crop top.
North's hair was the focus of yet another conversation.
Kim defended straightening her daughter's hair prior to this photo, saying she only allowed her to do so twice a year–on her birthday and on the day of her birthday party. This photo was taken when the family posed for their holiday card, so fans were quick to call Kim out and told her she was damaging her baby girl's curls.
The makeup controversy doesn't stop.
While it is pretty normal for little girls to play with makeup, it is totally different than them wearing full on makeup to a party. Fans didn't agree with Kim letting North wear lipstick and flooded the comments with their thoughts. "You need to quit letting North at 6 or 7 years old keep wearing Lip Stick!!!!! It is NOT cute anymore!!!" one fan wrote. "Why does she look 16 here? stop forcing your young ones to glam up for likes. yuck. let them be kids," another commented.
North's nose ring was frowned upon.
Kim clarified that her daughter didn't get her nose pierced and that the nose ring was simply a clip-on, fake ring. She ended up taking down the post after fans lined up in the comments to criticize her for it, telling her North was way "too young" for this kind of jewelry.
North has been spotted wearing expensive fur.

Kim and North have a ton of cute matching outfits, but this racy one went a bit too far. The mom and daughter duo were snapped wearing matching black lace Givenchy jumpsuits and it stirred up some controversy. This look is so inappropriate for a little girl!
Kim took North to Fashion Week when she was a baby.
North had a serious meltdown while attending NYFW with her mother in February 2015. The tiny toddler sat next to ice queen Anna Wintour, and the Vogue editor clearly did not look pleased. Babies having a tantrum is a totally normal thing, but who brings a 1-year-old to a fashion show, anyway?
Making North's eyes lighter.
Kim gave a shoutout to a fan who did some photo editing on North's eyes, making them a lighter color. Although she wrote that she preferred her daughter's eyes brown, many assumed she put contacts in North's eyes to hide her natural color. Thankfully, that wasn't the case.
Letting North sleep with a necklace on.
In a dark and grainy photo, Kim showed off her little one before putting her to sleep. The issue? Northie was wearing a pearl necklace right before getting tucked in, which can be a serious choking hazard. Let's hope she took it off before Nori went to bed.
North's ear piercings caused quite a stir.
Many were slamming the reality television star for piercing North's ears for her 1st birthday. I personally don't see an issue, but many thought it was abusive given the baby's age. I think the bigger deal is how big her diamonds are!
North's "makeup obsession" has been a problem for a while.
Even before she turned 2 years old, North was said to already be obsessed with makeup, just like her mom. Sigh. Kim told Elle: "If I just turn around for one second, she has my lipstick like all over her face. So I have to give her her own little makeup bag." I hope she doesn't start filling in her lips like tia Kylie.

Don't for a second think Nori is just like the other kids attending ballet class. Even when she was a toddler, she reportedly had a $2 million wardrobe filled with designer outfits and custom made clothes. Did I also mention she has two nannies?
