It's happening again, there's an internet challenge happening on social media. This time around it's something called the #pillowchallenge. Basically, the idea is that you take a pillow and fashion it into an outfit with the use of a belt or however you can get the pillow to stay on your body. You know, like wear a pillow but make it fashion. The results range from the hilarious to the surprisingly glamorous. Yes, GLAMOROUS. Never before have pillows had such a fashion-forward moment. Pillows as clothing has caught on so much that certain celebrities have joined the pillow challenge and we are loving it.

This challenge is very of the moment since so many of us find ourselves spending a lot of time at home and uninspired to get out of our pajamas or loungewear, which if we're being honest is just a fancy name for pajamas. Sure, we could get all done up and put on our best clothes just because, but then we find ourselves feeling kind of sad because we're all dressed up with nowhere to go. That's when the #pillowchallenge comes to the rescue.
You see, a basic pillow can be dressed up or down depending on your mood. Once you have created a look around your cushion of choice, not only can you take a picture of it for the Gram, you also don't have to feel silly about being dressed up with nowhere to go. Why? Because if you are wearing a pillow, you are perfectly dressed to go to bed. And if you get creative and use a cushion instead, then you are obviously ready for an exciting time on your sofa. Now, before you go off to create your own runway-worthy pillow look, hang out with us a bit and check out the collection of photos we've put together of celebs doing the pillow challenge.
Raúl de Molina looks quite happy to rock a pillow.
The co-host of El Gordo y la Flaca fashioned his pillow into a sort of kilt and showed off his nice legs. He chose to go topless, which some might consider risqué. Honestly, the best part of this look is the huge smile on his face. We love it!
Halle Berry did not come to play.
Sure, some consider the #pillowchallenge to be a kind of game, but Academy Award winner Halle Berry, did not come to play. She came to slay and slay she did. The way she manages to make a black-encased pillow look like something she could wear to a premiere is not fair.
Chiquis Rivera opted to add a blanket to her ensemble.
"In need of a serious tan! Pero, no me rajo. ✨ … por loca y porque no tengo otra cosa más que hacer!" wrote Chiquis when she posted this elegant picture of herself wearing a pillow and and train fashioned out of a blanket. Clever, clever!
María León wore a pillow Frida Kahlo might have chosen.
The singer and actress gave the look a twist with an embroidered pillow. She accessorized with red dangling earrings and strappy red sandals. The image of Frida behind her seems to be looking on in approval.
Clarisa Molina went with a shaggy version.
Or should we call the the pillow that the El Gordo y la Flaca correspondent wore faux fur? She looks fetching leaning up against the railing with her sunglasses on. As for shoes? She opted for none.
Jomari Goyso makes a case for gray.
Well, he put a gray pillowcase on his pillow. Could it be that the journalist is trying to get cast in a Fifty Shades movie? It could work. We're kidding, of course.
Was there any doubt that Maribel Guardia would look great in a pillow?
No, of course not. The Costa Rican beauty looks great in anything and a pillow is no exemption. Take a look at her closet, though. She has more than enough clothes to wear when she gets sick of that pillow.
Chiquibaby looks chic!
Stephanie Himonidis, aka Chiquibaby, one of the presenters for the show Un Nuevo Día, put together a festival-worthy outfit. Her fedora, belt, and boots are very fashionable. The pillow is almost beside the point.
Did Gelena Solano cheat?
The El Gordo y La Flaca reporter joined the challenge, but did she cheat? We ask because what she's wearing doesn't even really look like a pillow. It could totally be a dress. We'll give her a pass because of the cute four-legged friend she included in the pic.
Fernanda Castillo went for an evening-length look.
In the caption to this post, the actress shared that she was on her way to the kitchen in this getup. Clearly, she has a great sense of humor to go along with her great sense of fashion. Who knew a long hot pink pillow with a leopard belt and gold sandals could be so dang elegant.
Geraldine Bazán can do glam and gams.
Look at those gams. The Mexican actress has got some incredible legs on her and she must know it because she showed them off wearing a mini pillow. Ha! How funny is it that we are talking about pillows in terms of skirt lengths? We're living in some crazy times.
Miranda, Geraldine Bazán and Gabriel Soto's daughter wins our hearts.
This picture was posted right around Easter and it could not be a better combination of celebrating the holiday and doing the #pillowchallenge. Miranda in her ears, bunny pillow, and hot pink belt is definitely one of our favorite participants.
Claudia Álvarez went for a classic black and white combo.
Can you ever go wrong with black and white? Not if you are Claudia Álvarez. The Mexican actress and model showed that even in a freakin' pillow she can look amazing. Just look at the pillowcase on her!
Did Carolina Sandoval show up wearing the same thing as Claudia Álvarez?
Did the Suelta la Sopa collaborator wear the same pillowcase as Claudia Álvarez? How embarrassing! Fortunately, they are both home so it's not like they can't change into a different pillow before side-by-side "who wore it better" pictures start popping up everywhere.
Camila Sodi woke up like this.
Sorry, we couldn't help ourselves. OK, so the actress may not have woken up looking exactly like this, but chances are she did wake up on that pillow. Can we please take a moment to appreciate the wall behind her? That wall is killer and so is Camila's attitude.
Carolina Sandoval changed things up with a two-piece kind of situation.
Carolina Sandoval, aka La Venenosa, has more than one pillow to work with and isn't afraid to do this challenge more than once. We love the bright lime green shade of her pillows and hope she doesn't accidentally drop the top one.
Marlene Favela is all about laughter and enjoyment.
Why did the stunning actress and model decide to join the challenge? "Because life is for laughing and enjoying oneself," she wrote in the caption. We could not agree more. Although, there's nothing funny about how good she looks in this picture.
Carmen Aub went for a below-the-knee look.
The actress kept her pillow on with an animal print belt. The high-heeled booties look great with that length of pillow, don't you think? Also, note how expertly Carmen posed to show off some thigh as well.
Chiky Bom Bom went big with color and hoops.
Chiky Bom Bom, aka La Pantera, was not about to sit this challenge out. The former Mira Quién Baila participant struck a pose in her hallway while wearing a coral pillow cinched at the waist with a black belt. We are loving the hoop earrings that she's wearing.
Jessica Rodríguez knows how to style a pillow.
"Dressed up to stay home," Jessica Rodríguez of Despierta America wrote in the caption of this photo where she posed outdoors. We're thinking this is probably in her backyard or something because otherwise anyone passing by might get to see what she is or isn't wearing on her backside.
